Public-facing company, private layer
Audia Systems LLC is a public-facing solutions company. AUDIA is the private architecture layer used for approved memory, workflow, automation, and adaptive systems work. Different projects may use additional written terms, security expectations, or data-handling agreements.
Information Audia Systems LLC may collect
Name, email, organization, role, message content, access requests, project needs, timeline, budget context, files or links you choose to send, and any details included in forms, email, chat, or direct messages.
Software, automation, hardware, robotics, networking/server, consulting, support, research, partnership, investor, or private AUDIA requirements needed to evaluate fit and provide services.
Basic logs and analytics such as pages visited, referrers, browser and device type, IP-derived region, timestamps, security events, and performance information.
Sensitive information
Some visitors may discuss disability, neurodivergence, health-adjacent workflow needs, psychiatric documentation support, or other sensitive context. Please share only what is necessary for the request. Do not send urgent medical information, emergency details, passwords, private keys, payment card numbers, or regulated data unless a separate agreement is in place.
Third-party paths
External services such as payment processors, social platforms, analytics tools, email providers, embedded feeds, affiliate links, Google Fonts, Bailey Enterprises, and audia.one/chat may process information under their own terms when you use them.
How information is used
- Respond to contact, support, consulting, partnership, investor, and AUDIA access requests.
- Evaluate whether a software, automation, hardware, robotics, networking/server, consulting, or private AUDIA project is a good fit.
- Plan, deliver, document, support, secure, and improve services, prototypes, infrastructure, and workflows.
- Operate forms, email, chat routing, scheduling, payment, affiliate, analytics, and security systems.
- Maintain business records, enforce access boundaries, prevent abuse, investigate problems, and comply with legal obligations.
AI and automation
Audia Systems LLC may use AI-assisted tools and automation under human direction for triage, drafting, planning, documentation, system analysis, and support. Private AUDIA work may include governed memory or workflow automation, but that work is permissioned and defined by project context.
What is not done
Audia Systems LLC does not sell personal information, publish private AUDIA access requests, use sensitive health-adjacent details for advertising, or claim to infer private thoughts from EEG, QEEG, behavior, or messages.
Private AUDIA access
AUDIA access is private, permissioned, and granted by approval. Submitting a form, message, or chat intake does not create an account, guarantee access, or authorize protected technical details. Access may be accepted, denied, limited, paused, or revoked based on fit, safety, capacity, security, and project requirements.
Access review
Access requests may be reviewed for identity, intended use, technical needs, risk, required safeguards, and whether the work belongs in public solutions work, private AUDIA architecture, or a separate agreement.
Private workspaces
Approved AUDIA work may use private notes, memory, logs, project files, automation records, or infrastructure diagnostics. Handling details can be narrowed in writing for sensitive projects.
Retention
Information is kept for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, project continuity, support, security, business records, legal obligations, dispute resolution, or legitimate operational needs. When information is no longer needed, it may be deleted, archived, minimized, or de-identified.
Security
Audia Systems LLC uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the project context, including access control, least-necessary handling, local-first preferences where practical, private review for AUDIA access, and security-aware infrastructure practices. No website, email, chat, or networked system can be guaranteed perfectly secure.
Your choices
- You can choose not to submit a form and instead contact Audia Systems LLC by email with the minimum information needed.
- You can avoid loading optional social embeds or visiting third-party links.
- You can request correction, deletion, or a copy of information you previously provided, subject to identity, security, legal, and operational limits.
- You can request project-specific privacy, confidentiality, security, or data-retention terms before sending sensitive materials.
